Education: The Foundation of a Jewish Life!

At Monmouth Reform Temple we believe education is the foundation of a Jewish life.

The goal of our Religious School is to help our children create Jewish connections to family, community, God, and Israel. We seek to endow them with a love of Torah, an understanding of the value of prayer and the study of Hebrew, and an ability to translate those into involvement in the synagogue and participation in the broader community.

Our Religious School is committed to providing a program of Jewish education through traditional study as well as creative experiences. Students participate in wide-ranging activities designed to encourage understanding and meaningful interaction with Jewish values and ideas. Our programs span from preschool through high school and reflect our congregation’s strong commitment to Tikkun Olam (repairing the world), Tzedakah (charity), and inclusivity.

Whether you are currently a member or unaffiliated, we hope you’ll explore the opportunities provided by MRT for your child’s Jewish education. For more information please contact Magda Reyes at magda@monmouthreformtemple.org.
