About Us
The Adult Education Committee works to develop and organize programs for adult Jewish learning, with focus on Jewish culture (music, art, literature, food, film,) Israel, Bible study, spirituality and mysticism, the environment, history and current events, and more.
We provide a brochure which showcases MRT adult educational offerings, as well as all the Adult Education Committee programs scheduled for the current calendar year.
In addition we prepare one page flyers that provide specific details for each individual adult education program several weeks in advance of its scheduled date.
All information regarding adult education programs may be accessed through the temple website by clicking here. Hard copies are made available to the congregation in the temple lobby. The individual program flyers will also be publicized in our weekly E-blasts under Adult Education, and will be sent to you via email. Programs are presented in person, livestream or zoom.
The Adult Education committee is always seeking new members. We have a Zoom meeting every third Thursday of the month @ 4:00 p.m. We invite you to attend a meeting, join our committee, or register for any of our programs. We encourage you take advantage of these educational opportunities, as you take a step forward with us onto our path of continued learning.
